We handle the certification directly with your suppliers, manufacturers, and the certifying agency. For any ingredient that ends up not passing the certifications standards, we will work to source the correct compliant ingredient alternative for you to integrate into your supply chain.
We do all of the work to certify your product and take care of all the back and forth between your supply chain partners so that you can focus on the day to day needs of growing your business. We maintain the paperwork and help you with the yearly certification needs so that you can set it and forget it!
We receive all of your documentation (Formulas, Suppliers, and Spec Sheets).
We work directly with the Certification company and start the process of filling out all the proper paperwork. We have direct contacts with all of the major certification companies which helps for a speedy and prompt review process.
We reach out to all of your suppliers and gather the necessary paperwork needed by the Certification companies to ensure compliance.
For any suppliers that are unable to give the proper paperwork or are in fact deemed not in compliance by the certifier’s, we will use our extensive sourcing knowledge and relationship to find and onboard a suitable ingredient match that works with your formula and puts you back into compliance with the certification company.
We finish the certification and give you instructions for how to maintain compliance moving forward. We are able to handle the yearly renewals and updates in case if you make formula changes, supplier changes, or move contract manufacturers.

We can not guarantee that you will become certified. It depends on your supplier’s ability to produce proper paperwork and if your formulas are feasible for the certification. However, we take lots of precautions to try to guarantee success.
We review all formulas prior to taking on a consulting engagement to ensure that we feel good about the project before taking it on.
This pricing is just for our management fee’s. There are additional fee’s for the actual non-gmo and/or Organic certification which varies depending on the number of SKU’s, number of manufacturers, and number of “high-risk” ingredients.
We are able to work very quickly and the certifier’s that we work with are very quick. The unknown factor is how long your suppliers will take to get back to us with paperwork. The average certification process is three months from delivery of paperwork to final compliance.
We certainly can! However, that would be considered a different engagement. This specific engagement is for groups that already have suppliers, co-packers and a formula, but need help with just the certification process.
We have all groups sign two-way NDA’s before working together. We have hundreds of proprietary brand formulas in our possession and we have a strict policy to NEVER share formulas without prior consent. We are trusted with confidentiality by some of the largest CPG brands in the world and we can vouch that your formula and supplier information is in secure hands.
